She has spearheaded multiple HRIS implementations and transformed benefit administration, enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency. EXPERIENCE

Karli’s experience ranges from daily implementation, including best practices, policies and procedures, and onboarding new employees, to creating and implementing a customer relationship management system, leading multiple HR teams, and serving as a company representative during a legal deposition. In addition, she has also managed and administered a benefits plan with a spend of $155 million and is a subject matter expert in retirement and pension compliance. Karli is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Karli relocated to Colorado from the East Coast in 2014. Outside of work, you can find her practicing hot yoga, snowboarding, or hiking with her rescue dog, Grizzly. She also loves to cook, and is in the process of writing her own cookbook.
