Sabrina’s leadership experience expands across behavioral health, physician groups, and healthcare services. Most recently, as CEO of West Pines Behavioral Health, she oversaw hospital operations and P&L management. As CEO of Johnstown Heights Behavioral Health, she increased patient volume by 35% and achieved zero regulatory deficiencies.
Sabrina also served as CFO at Porch Light Health, where she boosted collections by 35% and reduced accounts receivable from $6 million to under $2 million. At Gastro Care Partners, she helped resolve a significant claims backlog and improve revenue cycle management processes.
Earlier in her career, Sabrina held the roles of COO, CFO, and Compliance Officer at Rural Physicians Group, expanding programs from 43 to 57 and generating more than $500,000 in savings. She also served as CFO and Compliance Officer at Provo Canyon School, successfully guiding the organization through audits after prior failures, and as CFO of Wyoming Behavioral Institute, where she increased revenue by 25%.
