A results-oriented professional, Connie partners with leadership teams to strengthen financial reporting, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate, timely decision-making.
Connie brings extensive experience building scalable accounting infrastructures, accelerating close and reporting cycles, and strengthening audit readiness, compliance, and risk management, along with deep expertise in GAAP-based accounting, cash flow improvement, and ERP implementations.

About Connie Harrison
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining vcfo, Connie held senior accounting leadership roles supporting complex, multi-location organizations across industrial services and energy environments. She led end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination, while partnering closely with executive leadership on operational and financial decisions.
Connie has repeatedly improved close and reporting timelines, strengthened GAAP compliance and audit readiness, and reduced past-due receivables and DSO through process improvements and system enhancements. Her experience includes leading multiple ERP and billing system implementations—most notably Oracle NetSuite and Sage-based platforms—to improve data accuracy, reporting visibility, and overall operational efficiency. She also brings experience supporting SOX compliance, contract review, and providing clear, actionable financial insights to leadership teams.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Connie volunteers at an assisted living facility where her mother resides, spending time with residents by playing games and donating crafts.

A born-and-raised Texan, Connie enjoys cooking, reading, and glamping with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
