Christine Roach is a solutions-oriented senior people operations executive with more than 25 years of experience in human resources. She is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in business strategy, talent acquisition and management, total rewards, coaching, and shaping high-performing workplace cultures through training and leadership development.
As an HR Team Lead and Senior HR Consultant, Christine takes a proprietary interest in her client’s business. Easily approachable and collaborative, she works hard to build close relationships with executive teams.
Christine helped a vcfo client expand seamlessly from one to eight states, growing its workforce from 300 to 800 in four months without compromising candidate quality, employee engagement or compliance. She’s also managed people operations for a number of start-ups, putting in place the processes and systems a new business needs in order to grow.

Prior to joining vcfo, Christine led human resources teams for Acadia HR, Scirex Corporation, Solectron Texas, Blockbuster Entertainment Group, University of Texas at Austin, ATS Personnel Services, and Dell Computer Corporation.
Throughout her career, Christine has applied her expertise to ensure corporate compliance and minimize legal exposure. Working hand-in-hand with executives, she’s also developed innovative organizational change strategies and responsive action plans to address complex workplace issues.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Christine is a proud parent who enjoys supporting her children in their many sports and activities. In her free time, she also loves traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and experiences.
