EXPERIENCE
Ayeshia started her career at GSD&M (Omnicom), where she designed and implemented employee relations strategies, conflict resolution training, and performance management. Her programs raised employee engagement by
30 percent and reduced employee grievances by 40 percent.
At Wieden+Kennedy, Ayeshia completely transformed the engagement approach for this global creative agency, winning a 35 percent improvement in team alignment. She advised leadership on organizational restructuring and was responsible for consolidating departments and improving efficiency.
After nearly a decade of in-house leadership roles, Ayeshia struck out on her own. She offered strategic advice to a range of founders and leadership teams. She also implemented talent acquisition and retention strategies that improved workforce satisfaction by 40 percent and retention by 25 percent.
Concurrently, Ayeshia worked for McGarrah Jessee, where she launched the firm’s Employee Resource Group program, creating the foundation for a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Later at MAYA Consulting LLC, Ayeshia worked closely with leadership to guide organizational restructuring and culture strategy.
