Ayeshia Toy brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic HR counsel and people and culture leadership. She has partnered with a wide range of clients across high-growth start-ups, mid-market, and enterprise organizations – the same small and mid-sized businesses vcfo serves every day.
Ayeshia knows how to build scalable HR programs and systems that deliver measurable results for executives. Her focus: enhancing employee engagement, optimizing performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance – while giving leaders the confidence to make the harder people calls when the moment demands it.

Prior to joining vcfo, Ayeshia served as Chief People and Culture Officer for an Austin-based strategic planning and consulting firm, where she partnered with leadership on a reorganization and a new culture strategy. The results: a 26 percent lift in employee engagement and a 44 percent gain in team performance.
Earlier, Ayeshia advised founders and leadership teams as an independent consultant. Among many successes, she implemented talent acquisition and retention strategies for one client that lifted workforce satisfaction by 40 percent and retention by 25 percent.
