Stephanie Herrera

EXPERIENCE

Stephanie started out as a reconciliation clerk at JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2007,
served a couple years as Cash Management Service Lead Teller at Loomis, and
worked as staff accountant for Colorado Nonprofit Development Center and then
Community Reach Center.

In 2017, she became a senior accountant at KSE – Altitude Sports, where she
analyzed general ledger activity and processed monthly journal entries for multiple
entities, prepared account reconciliations, helped with the annual audit, capital
expenditure and budget forecasting, P&L reports, sales commission reports, and
more.

She went on to become senior accountant at Boulder Office Partners, overseeing
AR/AP and payroll, franchise royalty billing, and ledger/journal activity for multiple
entities. She also managed an accounting software conversion, prepared and
analyzed audit work papers, P&L reports, and property tax returns.

In 2022 and 2023, she served as controller for CAST Transportation, overseeing full
accounting operations, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, investments,
and financial analysis. She also prepared financial reports for executives, managed
the company self-insured health plan and a captive insurance plan, filed multistate
payroll withholding and excise taxes, and managed capital assets, including proper
disposal and amortization.
