She has implemented processes and procedures to streamline operations and resolve regulatory compliance matters as well as maintain compliance. Jennifer was instrumental in completing numerous capital transactions from $1 million to over $100 million in the form of venture capital, private equity and IPO.

Prior to joining vcfo Jennifer held finance and accounting positions with a variety of companies such as Assured Enterprises, Inc.; TrackingPoint, Inc.; BreakingPoint Systems, Inc.; FundsXpress, Inc.; Golfsmith International, Inc.; Power Computing Corporation; Ross Technology: Ernst & Young; and KPMG.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Jennifer volunteers for many environmental causes such as beach cleanup, coral restoration, hurricane recovery and supports organizations such as Project Aware and Sea Shepard.
Additionally, Jennifer participates in fundraising bicycle rides for multiple organizations and sponsors schools in low income areas.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Jennifer is a PADI Open Water Scuba Diving Instructor, a Master Scuba Diver Trainer and a DAN Professional First Aid Instructor. In addition, she holds a Private Pilot’s License with Instrument Rating and an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License.
