EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining vcfo, Gracie held several accounting positions with companies including Johnson Controls International, Connaught Inc., Austin Community College, Maxwell Locke and Ritter, LLP., Dell Financial Services, Lockart, Atchley & Associates, LLP, CPAs, and more.

Throughout her career, Gracie has held leadership roles in managing and approving all financial reporting, monthly balance sheets, reconciliations, and purchase reports for an international company with a shared service center in Slovakia, and was in charge of the financial reporting for Germany, Spain, and Portugal. She also successfully transitioned the accounting activities from Germany to Slovakia by teaching and leading a team of five senior international accountants to reconcile and support balance sheet accounts.

She has also been responsible for all accounts receivables for two apartment properties totaling 423 units and an annual gross revenue of $6.7 million. In order to drive financial efficiency, she successfully converted two apartment properties to an electronic payment system to process monthly rental payments.

During her auditing career, Gracie focused on not-for-profit entities including schools, social services, and charities, among others.
