About Courtney Plunkett
EXPERIENCE
Also a previous vcfo employee, Courtney has rejoined the team after working with Saturn Aviation. Earlier in her career at Teegardin & Associates and Austin Concrete Solutions, she successfully raised investor fundraising and launched startup operations, was instrumental in scaling an accounting department with an organization that grew from $5 million to $17 million in sales, and was able to save a company $120,000 in annual expenses by identifying areas of consolidation. Courtney also has managerial and training experience.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Courtney’s favorite hobby is travelling abroad and exploring new cultures. To complement her love of travel, she has spent the last four years learning Polish in both online and classroom settings. She is also passionate about cooking, grilling, and trying new foods. Courtney’s free time is further spent fostering and volunteering for the dog rescue organization Love-a-Bull.
