Adam Wall

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining vcfo, Adam spent the majority of his career in various accounting and managerial roles for MV transportation and First Transit. Some key achievements during this time include: splitting a complicated payroll system into two separate systems; providing CBA compliance for two separate agreements across two locations; managing monthly invoicing and payroll for
800 employees during covid to avoid absences and furlough; lowering OPEX by consolidating and merging two companies and completing system migrations; decreasing COGS to 41% over a year; overseeing a multi-million dollar contract
for a large bus fleet with more than 1,100 employees across multiple locations. Adam was also the treasurer for his church for nearly a decade, and continues to provide support and training for the new treasurer.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Adam is a proud Texas native. While he especially loves watching and participating in auto racing, he occasionally works up with courage to tinker with
his own cars. Adam also sings in the choir at his church. He and his wife thoroughly enjoy entertaining their 12 nieces and nephews.
