As a sports enthusiast and problem-solver, Adam enjoys working closely with executive leadership teams, helping them assess when to venture into a new arena or identify profit enhancement or cost savings opportunities. Adam aims to enable his clients to succeed through careful planning, data analytics, and matching the right source of capital to the need.

Prior to joining vcfo, Adam was a fractional CFO for a freight brokerage company and an environmental services business. He assisted his clients in generating better financial and performance data to enhance their business decisions. Adam also improved several processes, including collections, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting.

Adam served as a board member for three companies in the oilfield services, steel fabrication, and consumer products industries. Additionally, he developed the growth plan that helped raise $2M for a start-up focusing on assisting teenagers to safely find employment and learn how to build their early careers.

Previously, Adam worked in tax consulting, investment banking, and private equity in New York City and Dallas. He was charged with sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments in diverse industries, including manufacturing, distribution, consumer, healthcare, and software, in companies with revenues from $5M to $200M. He managed due diligence and led financing negotiations for a diverse range of clients, from flooring to digital scanning.
