Dustin Williamson

Highly analytical and forward-thinking, Dustin’s areas of expertise include finance structures, strategic planning, valuations, turnarounds, traditional and unconventional investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, global business management, executive partnerships, international negotiations, and revenue growth.

Dustin is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion Certifications. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis.

He studied at Baylor University for Accounting and International Business as a double major and has a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Spanish from Thunderbird, Graduate School of Global Management. 

Prior to joining vcfo, Dustin held a number of executive-level positions, including serving as the CFO for Novastar LP, Endura Products Corp., and Liberty Pipeline Services, Managing Director and CFO for Solvient, and Executive Vice President and CFO for Cross Atlantic Investors. His vast expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, executing joint ventures, streamlining profit growth, executive partnerships, and valuations made Dustin an asset in each of his previous roles. Thanks to previous international experience at Arthur Andersen LLP, Dustin brings a unique, global perspective to each of our clients.

In his spare time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and four children. He and his family’s volunteer activities center around the kids’ school and church interests. He is a reluctant but avid home remodeler. Dustin is also an IRONMAN finisher.
