About Pamela Hooper

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining vcfo, Pamela started her HR career as an HR Generalist and Benefits Specialist. Over the years, she worked her way up to executive people operations positions. Her background in human resources is extensive with a specialty in benefits, organizational design, and talent acquisition. She has provided leadership to profit and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries such as oil and gas, semiconductors, technology, biotech, retail, NGO, and digital marketing. 

Pamela has developed and implemented employee management programs, advised on employee relations, talent development, performance management, policies, procedures, federal and state laws, benefits, compensation, and recruitment. Her body of work with a non-profit in Costa Rica is what awarded her with being declared a Woman of Outstanding Leadership by the Executive Committee of The International Women’s Leadership Association.

Most recently, at Vanish Laser Clinic, Pamela designed a strategic business development plan resulting in at least 25% growth year over year while leading and executing all people operations and driving business operations. 

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Pamela enjoys traveling the world, sports, and spending time with her daughter and grandchild.
