Miranda Murphy is an accomplished HR partner with eight years of experience establishing business relationships and managing an array of HR responsibilities. She has expertise in HR policy development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance, as well as assessing business needs and implementing solutions.
Miranda’s HR career began at CH2M Hill, handling HR, benefits, and payroll transactions. She then joined Brown and Caldwell, overseeing new employee training and small group learning for company leaders.
Following this, Miranda spent two years at Integrity Locums as HR & Office Manager, collaborating with the executive team on policy development, employee relations, compliance, and payroll. She then served as HR Manager at Atlas Pacific, designing and implementing HR practices, analyzing benefits, and managing employee grievances.
In 2021, Miranda became the HR Director at PatientNow, advising the executive team on employee engagement, performance, compensation, and relations. She introduced a recognition platform, enhanced recruiting, and revamped performance reviews while ensuring legal compliance in HR processes.
A marathon runner, Miranda enjoys hiking with her two dogs and skiing. She is an ice hockey official in her spare time and is working towards officiating at the international level.
