• Provided coordination, support and reporting to enable company to complete their annual audit with external audit firm
• Prepared and supported requirements list from the outside firm to support in their preparation and filing of the corporate and state income tax returns
• Provided coordination and support, which required financial reporting and budgets, for an updated valuation report
• Facilitated preparations and information required for the annual insurance renewal

Biosafe America, Inc. (Houston, vcfo, vhr and vrecruiting)

• Assisted with the opening of the Americas headquarters for an international medical device company headquartered in Switzerland by providing high quality services in the areas of:
  • vcfo – set up the financial, administrative and back office functions for the company
  • vhr – assisted the company in implementing U.S.-based human resources policies and procedures
  • vrecruiting – assisted management with hiring of staff for various positions
• Under tight deadlines, assisted the management team in the U.S. to interview and select an outside auditing firm and helped prepare the workpapers to perform necessary agreed upon procedures required by the firm
